Visit our
registration page to register your listing. You will enter your new or coming soon listing's details, along with one image and a link to your property's virtual tour, video, website, or non-password protected link to images on a website (can use link to Realtor.com for example).
No preparation is involved for you... just show up! We'll program the data you entered for your listing into your area's Virtual Property Tour website. That's it. Instead of driving around to all the homes and inconveniencing your seller, we rent a private room in a restaurant and display your listing info on a big TV.
Day of event - You'll simply share around 3 minutes of comments about your listing (i.e. "Seller is firm on the price") while we roll through your photos. Toward the end of your presentation, the other agents will fill out paper feedback forms for your listing.
Kick back & enjoy food & beverages during the event. The sponsors of your event graciously pay for the entire cost. There is no cost extended to you to participate. Don't forget to share any buyer needs or ask questions from other agents at the tour about area market trends. #networking
